wielding power wisely

redefine, unshame, and reclaim power as a force for personal and collective liberation

2-HOUR WORKSHOP | FEBRUARY 22 @ 2 PM EST

You’re more powerful than you think.

Too many heart-led humans are silencing themselves and playing small—struggling to live and lead in full congruence with their convictions for fear of criticism, rejection, or abandonment.

While every which way we turn, power-hungry oligarchs in positions of authority wreak havoc on the world—extracting and exploiting people and the planet without care or consequence.

These oppressive norms are reflected in patterns that many of us first experienced in our families of origin—where relational dynamics were too often defined by manipulation, coercion, and control.

We’ve seen power modeled in harmful ways, making it difficult to claim our own.

We’ve experienced the abuse of authority, leading us to question our right (or desire) to hold power at all.

But what if power doesn’t actually have anything to do with hierarchy, domination, and harm?

What becomes possible—for our lives, our leadership, and the world—when we reclaim power as an embodied expression of justice, love, and liberation?

You want to…

❤️‍🔥 Step into your own authority, without recreating patterns of harm.

❤️‍🔥 Take up space and use your voice, without spiraling in guilt or shame.

❤️‍🔥 Embody and express power, without deflecting accountability and responsibility.

❤️‍🔥 Understand power beyond oppression, without bypassing the realities of systemic violence.

YOU’RE INVITED TO

wielding power wisely

a two-hour initiation portal for heart-led visionaries and changemakers who want to redefine and reclaim power as a loving, liberatory force in their life and leadership.

Through a mix of perspective-shifting reframes, facilitated reflection, and a guided visualization journey, this experience explores wounded, distorted understandings of power alongside relational, embodied expressions of power—while rooting you into a felt sense of what it means to steward power with wisdom, care, and integrity.

FEBRUARY 22 @ 2 PM EST

"A truly amazing experience. Lena took me on a journey that was mind blowing. Uncovering my past, memories I have long forgotten but perhaps not fully cleared. Lena helped me see patterns that serve me and gently highlighted the patterns that perhaps hold me back from being fully aligned with my purposeful path. If you get a chance to work with this extraordinary woman DO IT!” —K.B.

I’ve been doing a lot of self work over the last year and what Lena was able to help me realize within a few hours was extremely impressive. I was actually shocked how quickly she could frame up some deep-rooted themes I had been struggling to identify on my own. I wish I had this experience a lot sooner. —W.C.

Hi! I’M LENA PAPADOPOULOS.

I wholeheartedly believe we can be powerful without being extractive, exploitative, or oppressive.

After nearly two decades working at the intersections of personal growth, leadership development, cross-cultural community building, and social change, I’ve seen countless visionaries, leaders, and changemakers reject their personal power because of the ways in which they’ve witnessed or experienced the abuse of what we typically call “power.”

In my experience, stepping more fully into our leadership requires us to shift our understanding of what power actually is. Because embodying power in ways that are relational and liberatory isn’t about having or holding power—it’s about allowing power to move through us.

That’s why I’ve created this workshop for sensitive, heart-centered humans who feel called to lead a movement for (r)evolutionary change in their lives and leadership—without shame, self-sacrifice, or saviourism getting in the way of their power, purpose, and potency.

I didn't expect to go so deep! Lena clearly understands this subject matter on a deep level and has a highly personal approach. She brought my hidden challenges to light in a natural and non-judgemental way. I gained a deeper understanding of myself and I feel empowered to make changes within me that will ultimately make the world a better place for others.” —B.D.

This is for you if you’re ready for a different perspective when looking in the mirror. To confront the parts of yourself you may not be aware of and the parts you may not understand. If you want to make a difference in the world and for the people that surround you.” —M.F.

You’ll leave this experience with…

❤️‍🔥 Deeper self-awareness around your own perspectives and patterns related to power

❤️‍🔥 Clear language and the discernment to distinguish distorted power from wise power

❤️‍🔥 A more rooted understanding of power as a (relational) responsibility to self and other

❤️‍🔥 Greater clarity, courage, and confidence around what it means to wield power wisely
