This first gathering will set the foundation for the next two weeks, helping you identify and name where you’re going, why this matters, and how to show up for yourself in a way that allows for a transformational unfolding.

These calls are a chance to receive direct 1:1 coaching, as well as an opportunity to be held in a co-created field of thoughtful, values-aligned visionaries who understand the weight of what it means to want to create meaningful change. As you witness one another, you’ll see yourself reflected, affirmed, and expanded by the collective wisdom in the room.
OUTCOME: Leave feeling deeply seen, supported, and strengthened in your path — with the reassurance that your experience makes sense, your desire are possible, and you are not alone on this journey.

I’M LENA PAPADOPOULOS
Growing up in an immigrant home, I was expected to follow a safe and predictable path—get good grades, major in something that would offer financial security, and eventually take over the family business.
But I’d always felt in my heart that I was here for a bigger purpose, to make a tangible difference in the world. The thought of following someone else’s path for me felt like death to my soul and to my spirit.
I have bravely honored my truth time and time again because I am so deeply rooted in the knowing that I was made and meant for my world-changing vision. I am compelled to take bold action toward my dreams because I am anchored in the clarity that my whole life has prepared me to live a life of purpose and meaningful contribution.
My immigrant parents wanted a better life for me, which is why I chose my path over theirs. My ancestors struggled and survived so that I could thrive. I know in my bones that I am here to be the embodied fulfillment of their wildest dreams—and so are you.
With ~20 years experience working at the intersections of personal growth, leadership development, and cross-cultural community building, I’ve facilitated dozens of leadership development programs around the world to help heart-centered changemakers with big visions and important missions cultivate the capacity, confidence, and courage to pursue their purpose with integrity and in congruence with their convictions.
My approach is human-centered, trauma-informed, and reflects a unique blend of my background in sociology, psychology, cultural anthropology, intercultural education, leadership development, life coaching, and somatic trauma resolution. I’ve been recognized for my commitment to personalized learning experiences and successful efforts in humanizing communities.
